The ship loaders achieve up to 4,500 t/h handling capacity, while the bridge grab ship unloaders deliver 2,500 t/h capacity and spiral bucket ship unloaders reach 1,200 t/h. These continuous bulk cargo loading/unloading machines are designed for efficient operations and seamlessly connect with rear conveyor systems, customizable to specific cargo requirements.
The stacker and reclaimer product line includes models ranging from standard capacities up to 10,500/6,000 t/h super-large bucket wheel stackers and reclaimers. The 6,000/5,400 t/h bucket wheel models feature large-rotation and large-load structural design with multi-cargo reclaiming working condition conversion technology for handling different bulk materials efficiently.
The company has built nearly 300 kilometers of various belt conveyor systems including standard trough belt conveyors and tubular pipe belt conveyors. Notable achievements include China's largest ore conveyor pipe belt machine at Rizhao Lanshan Port and the largest pipe diameter coal conveying channel at Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant, both winning "Best Pipe Belt Machine" awards for environmental protection and efficiency.
The automated systems feature fully unmanned operation with intelligent perception and health diagnosis. Key capabilities include intelligent operation and maintenance management platforms, remote manual and semi-automatic operation functions, digital material yard management, automatic collision avoidance, one-key automatic anchoring, intelligent status management, intelligent lubrication, automatic fire protection, and unmanned inspection systems.
Port portal cranes are available in capacities ranging from 25 tons to 60 tons with outreach distances from 25 to 45 meters. Equipped with proprietary slewing ring upper and lower flange surface processing technology, these cranes withstand harsh working conditions with high utilization rates. They support 5G remote operation and automatic control for automation, lightweight design, and standardized operations.
