
Service and Warranty Term
Ⅰ.Applicable Range
CEGC machine working throughout the world except Chinese Mainland.
Ⅱ.Service Promise.
1、 The seller will provide technical personnel for on-site and surface equipment testing, and above ground testing(Service day depends on what kinds of product you will buy, normally between 3-15days). The technical personnel will also provide guidance on machine setting up in the jacking shaft, and machine operation training.
2、The Buyer shall provide necessary number of general labors/workers, equipment and material without anycharges to assist the Seller's technical personnel for shifting, lifting, welding or any of other assembly andinstallation works during the whole period of the seller site services.
3、After the seller's technical personnel arrive, the buyer is responsible to apply and bear the necessarypermits and insurances for the Seller's technical personnel to work in project boundary.
4、The detailed of the Seller equipment and accessories are listed in purchase contract, The Buyer is to bear any required, but not listed below, extension cables, hoses, pipes, and accessories like bolt and nut.
5、Upon goods arriving buyer's construction site, the ownership shall be automatically transferred to The buyer. The Buyer shall insure and provide proper care and appropriate security measures to ensure the machine set is protected and secured from theft, sabotage, harm etc. The Seller shall not be held responsibility any of the above incidents prevent the completion of assembly, installation, or on-site training.
6、When the machine is out of warranty time, the seller has duty to provide paid after-sales service, provide spare parts to ensure the machine normal operation. The cost for onsite service will be 100-500 USD/day, the inland transportation cost, the food and the accommodation of the service people will be borne by the buyer.
7、Seller provides lifetime free technical consulting support services.

Ⅰ.Applicable Range
“Goodeng” brand horizontal directional drilling machine working throughout the world except Chinese Mainland.
Ⅱ.Service Promise.
Under the service principle of “Everything is for our customers”, we make a solemn promise to all the customers who have purchased our new hdd machines:
1. Jiangsu Goodeng Heavy Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (in short seller) will provide free training to 2-3 rig operation and maintenance people, local transportation、food and accommodation will be borne by the buyer.
2. When the new rig is delivered, the seller sends free technical service people to the project site, the seller will arrange the visa, international travelling tickets. The service period is 3-5days, in this service period, the local transportation cost, the food and accommodation of the service people should be provided by the buyer.
3. In the progress of use, if the rig breaks down, after-sales department of seller receive user’s call, email or fax, first troubleshoot a performance problem and maintenance guide; if necessary, go to the project site to maintain machine on time, but the transportation cost, the food and the accommodation of the service people will be borne by the buyer.
4. When the machine is out of warranty time, the seller has duty to provide paid after-sales service, provide spare parts to ensure the machine normal operation. The cost for service will be 100 USD/day, the inland transportation cost, the food and the accommodation of the service people will be borne by the buyer.
5. Seller provides lifetime free technical consulting support services.
Ⅲ.Warranty Regulation.
1. Warranty principle
Product warranty time is from the date arrive the port (according to bill of landing), in the warranty time, because the product material, design, manufacturing defect etc. leading to product breakdown, the seller provides free maintenance, if can’t repair or can’t reach performance requirement after repair, the seller is responsible to change the breakdown spare parts.
2. The spare parts will be repaired according to the supplier warranty regulation.
Ⅳ. Warranty terms
This warranty certification takes effect after meeting the following terms.
1. Abide seller <<product manual>> and other documents in the packing list as well as other safe and right operation.
2. Abide seller <<product manual>> and according to the document requirement in the packing list use, maintenance and adjust the machine.
3. Abide seller <<product manual>> and according to the documents requirement in the packing list refuel, use and change all the oil, lubricating oil, lubricating grease and cooling liquid.
4. Sue the original spare parts from supplier.
5. When the breakdown happens, without seller permit, the machine can’t be used.
Ⅴ. Exemption clause
In addition to carry out the duties stipulated in the clause of warranty certification, the seller will not undertake any responsibility the following causes of loss, damage or expenses.
1. Only responsible for the spare parts in warranty time, do not include any compensation to person and property damage caused by illegal operation.
2. Only for the repair to the function lost which is related to material quality and manufacturing process in the warranty period, do not assume any liability to other related loss.
3. Do not assume compensation caused by machine or spare parts in the contract, agreement and other civil and commercial, maritime related disputes. (such as profit and loss, breach of contract or lease losses, etc.)
4. Products and accessories stolen or damage not because of product itself.
5. The user refused our company product failure inspection and maintenance
6. The users can't occupy discarded, hold the failure parts after change by any reasons or excuse. If the user doesn't return failure parts completely to service personnel of the company, our company has the right to refuse and terminate service.
7. The fault belongs to the third party or user wrongful behavior responsibility.
8. Belongs to an accident or human uncontrollable, irresistible force majeure, etc.
Ⅵ.Warranty procedure
1. When users need maintenance service, he should send the requirement to seller's after-sale service department (written, telephone, E-mail), as clear as possible to describe your detailed address, contact person, contact way, fault phenomenon, if possible, please provide pictures and other supporting documents, after-sales service department is responsible for the implementation of services by the seller.
2. When provide door to door service, please cooperate to repair work, assist to provide the corresponding maintenance site, lifting equipment, repair tools, cooperate with service personnel to replace the defective parts and collect, to ensure the maintenance work smoothly.
3. Maintenance service work has been completed, the seller's service personnel will fill out the "after-sales service card", buyer will sign and confirm maintenance situation of products and services (no sign and confirmation, as give up to continue the warranty)
Ⅶ Quality warranty time
Quality warranty time is 12 months or operation 2000 hours (in this period, provide free maintenance service, the buyer have to pay the transportation、food and accommodation), whichever occurs earlier, below table is specific warranty period for parts.
Ⅸ. Other agreement
1. The quality guarantee period refers to the equipment use time and running time, whichever occurs earlier.
2. Run time refers to the total run time after the equipment factory; use time refers to the date of purchase equipment from the user, computing devices, use of time.
3. If equipment timer damaged, or use time and display running time doesn't match, from the date of purchase equipment calculates by running 12 hours a day.
4. Quality warranty time is changed by horizontal directional drilling owner, or device for various reasons to stop using etc. factors.
5. Customers buy from the seller's accessories, which refers to this warranty provisions.
